Shridhar Sampath

Founder and CEO of Motivaluate Consulting & Training FZ LLC, a company that offers a unique combination of business and financial consultancy services. He is an expert on Leadership, Strategy and Finance and speaks at various conferences and forums on related topics. He recently published his first book – “Done is better than perfect” – a collection of sixteen life lessons that have shaped his life.

Shridhar has a CPA from the USA and a CA from India. He is a Certified Master of the Leadership Challenge & Student Leadership Challenge (www.leadershipchallenge.com) and a Certified facilitator of the Capsim Business Simulation (www.capsim.com). He is also a facilitator for Duke Corporate Education (www.dukece.com)as a member of their Global Learning Resource Network and Adjunct faculty with the S.P. Jain School of Global Management teaching at their Mumbai, Singapore and Dubai campuses. He brings over 25 years of leadership experience and knowledge based on his experience in industry. He is passionate about developing Business Leadership skills amongst business owners, entrepreneurs and executives that has resulted in unparalleled financial profitability for the client, a positive mind-set for all employees and increased shareholder value.

Shridhar’s work experience spans Audit, FMCG and Oil & Gas service industries in a range of leadership roles. He has lived and worked in over 10 countries and his work and life has taken him to over 45 countries and he brings to bear this rich diverse experience in his programs. His last held position in the corporate world was the Eastern Hemisphere Financial controller of a large Oil & Gas service company managing their business operations and finance support functions. During the last 8 years as a Motivational speaker and educator, he has spoken to and inspired over 17,000 executives, business owners and employees.

His clients at Motivaluate come from diverse segments spanning Industrial, Engineering, manufacturing sectors to Banking and service companies. He has created and delivered niche programs to develop the business leadership skills of his participants combining people leadership with hard-core business acumen skills. He believes in making his programs experiential and activity based so that participants retain the learning and apply it to work.

When not motivating and empowering people at keynotes, seminars and trainings, Shridhar spends his time learning to play Indian classical music on the guitar, in yoga and meditation and reading non-fiction. He lives in Dubai with his musician wife Rajani and dancer daughter Swarashri.

Udaikumar Madhavan

With a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and an extensive HR experience of over 27 years in the United Arab Emirates, Udai brings to the table valuable expertise in Human Resource Management spanning the banking, construction and retail industry.  He has travelled extensively to Nepal, Sri Lanka, Philippines, India, Egypt, Oman, Qatar, KSA and South Africa as a part of the HR initiatives.

A people oriented professional with rich and varied experience in HR functions in government and private sectors, he is adept at devising and streamlining HR policies/practices.  He aces in creating dynamic HR Dashboards and Analytics to meet the specific strategies of organizations. He is also an expert in managing the complete recruitment life-cycle with detailed emphasis on on-boarding, conducting employee survey and exit interviews.  He has conceptualized and developed training initiatives for improved productivity and quality enhancement.

Udai comes with a high level of integrity and a positive ‘can do’ attitude.  His strong interpersonal and communication skills make him a team player, partnering effectively with both internal and external customers, suppliers and stakeholders.

He is a great fan of the game of cricket and his hobbies include reading and watching serious cinema.

Miskin B.G

With wide-ranging experience of over two decades before he plunged into whole time Organizational Development (OD) & Training & Development, he was associated with the banking industry for eight years. There he was actively involved in mentoring and in-house training and development activities.

MISKIN is a graduate in Economics and Business Management and a post-graduate in Psychology. He is Assess International certified professional in Strategic Competency Modeling and Competency Framework. He is also a Certified Behavior Analyst. Works closely with Psychometric assessments to understand the Competency Gaps, building Team Development Plans & Individual Development Plans. His other core area is OD Analytics.

He has consulted & trained a wide spectrum of participants across different levels spread over a host of institutions and corporate houses. Satish S Prabhu

Usha Rangarajan

She is passionate about customer experience as a strategic advantage. She advocates deliberate design of customer journey as a strategic activity for leadership teams.

She has drawn from her experience of over 3 decades in hospitality, IT and Telecom, to create a simple, effective approach to help brands design, successfully implement and consistently deliver experience standards.

She is trained by NIST, USA as an assessor on the Malcolm Baldridge Model for Business Excellence.

She has assessed and made recommendations to leading brands across multiple industries. This experience, & her various certifications including Six Sigma and NLP, her background in Hotel Management and Psychology, is reflected in the approach that weaves people, process, technology and product together in the experience journey.

Ryan Valladares

A graduate in Commerce from Mumbai University, he comes with a background of Business Administration for over 10 years. Currently heads the Sales and Operations department.

In a highly challenging environment where the going is by the yardstick of ‘it was needed yesterday’, he passionately puts together the demands and services with a smile, is always ready to help and support and lives the Motivaluate way!
